There are many ways to make a new garden bed, and many of them involve minimal, or even no, digging at all. In determining which method to use, be sure to consider how soon you'd like to plant. Some of these methods require patience.

The number one, best way to ensure success in your new organic garden is to do some planning up front in terms of selecting the right site and analyzing and improving your soil.
Organic Gardening Practices:
Much of managing an organic garden lies in your ability to observe the garden on a regular basis, checking for early signs of insect or disease damage. In addition, there are a few things that every organic gardener should do to maintain a healthy garden.

You've done the work to ensure that your site is perfect and your soil is healthy. Make sure you are using the best plants possible.
Soil Amendments and Fertilizers:
There is a wide variety of natural products you can use to improve soil texture, fertility, and structure.
