It won’t be long now… Start planning your strawberry and cream teas!
Ummm… I can’t wait! In fact, I already caught a robin taking a bite from one of mine yesterday… I’m going to send the cats after him, if he’s not careful!
No one appreciates this photo more than I do. My father famously tells people about how, as a toddler, I would join him in his garden and pick unripened tomatoes and strawberries — and eat them. Now, nearly 30 years later, I wait for them to be ripe!
Yummmm….mine are just flowering.
Up here in Minnesota, I am jonesin’ for strawberries. And summer in general!! Thanks for the photo
Nope. They’re not ready yet.
Hard to believe that these sour looking green things ripen into something so sweet and delicious. Nice picture.
How many seeds on a strawberry?
A watched strawberry never ripens…
Can’t get those to grow at all. I’m strawberry-challenged.
I loooove strawberries! mmmm, organic strawberries are even better!
How inviting and fresh the leaves look — that’s one healthy looking plant! And the photo is wonderful — great composition!
In a couple more weeks you can show them to us ripe
These look almost alien! How about an update photo later in the year? We have a Strawberry Festival in Troy, OH this weekend, so this photo is perfect to get excited about the festivities!
Those look good. My brother is going to start an organic farm in Missouri.
I think I really prefer the red ones.
