Beautiful! We used to have two huge lilac bushes where we used to live I miss that wonderful smell during the first warm days of the year!
Those are lovely! Just begging for an artist to come along and place them in a watercolor!
My nephew was so proud — he thought he had gotten his mom a lilac for Mother’s Day (her favorite flower), only to find out when he gave it to her that it was a lavender plant!
Mine are long gone.

I love lilacs! The fragrance is heavenly. A neighbor is growing a beautiful variety — purple flowers edged in white. Have you ever heard of these?
