Buying Healthy Plants

Thursday May 15, 2008

The nurseries in my area are bustling with activity as people start to stock up on their annuals, veggies, and perennials for the season. There's nothing quite like filling your cart with new plants. The promise of another gardening season, in which we haven't forgotten to water and the neighborhood bunnies haven't ravaged our vegetable garden is a joyous time for gardeners.

In the exhilaration of plant shopping, it's important to keep a few things in mind to be sure you're buying healthy plants. Also, how important is it to start with an organic plant? You can find this information and more in my article How to Buy Healthy Plants.
